Power, pressure, and soft washing go hand in hand with the surface coatings we offer. What’s the last thing to do before any deck or fence gets stained, any home or shed gets painted, or any driveway or deck gets sealed? It needs to be cleaned. And who could be better than the King? After we take care of cleaning, there is no need to contact a painter or someone to stain and seal. We handle it all! No job is too big, or too small. And the beauty is….. we’re already there! We’ve established a rapport with you and already know what finish is needed. Many surfaces will need adequate drying time, so it may be a 2-day project, but that’s what we are here for! Start to finish!

So Why Choose The King of Clean?

We like to think there are lots of reasons we excel, but here's a few.....

As professionals, we have 14 years under our belt. That's an awful lot of washing and prepping to get decks, fences, and patios ready to seal, stain, or paint.

We treat you, (and your property), like we want to be treated. Respectful and committed. That's us! We aren't kidding when we say it's a priviledge to be working for you.

Reliable

We know you hear the nightmares about contractors all the time, but you needn't be concerned about us showing up on time or completing the project as expected.

Reasonable Prices

While we certainly can't give our services away, we are competitive in our market and we stand by the quality of workmanship we provide. You won't be disappointed!

Coatings We Use

Protect Your Investment

We can help you choose which coating is best for your project. Some homeowners prefer stains or a clear coat while others prefer paint. There are plus and minuses to both. We can let you know which we feel is the best choice for your surface based on the condition of the surface as well as where that surface is. For optimal coverage, and lasting value, we can see which natural elements the project must hold up against, the lifestyle you have that effects the project, and most importantly, the condition of the project. IE: Paint is best for surfaces that are flawed. It thicker and seeps into the pores sealing the flaws and hiding the blemishes.

Staining a deck can leave a rich, beautiful, and more natural finish, but is it for every surface? Not necessarily. If you have a surface with lots of imperfections, paint is a better choice to hide the flaws.

While paint offers more variety in finishes and hides imperfections better than stain, if you prefer a more natural look, paint may not be for you. However, if your deck is out in the blistering sun, paint is a better solution to ensure the finish doesn’t fade before its time. Should a homeowner desire a natural look, staining works beautifully, but they need to be prepared for the yellowing in the future. We recommend in these cases, the homeowner budget accordingly if this concerns them. A surface is still somewhat protected after it yellows, but the look is not the most appealing for backyard parties.

While we have nothing against sealants, we always advise our clients that sealants hold little to no pigmant, therefore sealants are not advisable to use anywhere the sun catches. Where can you use sealants? Moisture areas that catch no sun. Sealants protect against moisture. That is their sole purpose in life.

There are combination stain-sealants that offer the best of both worlds for those hwo like a more natural look. Combo stain-sealants produce a more natural look of wood while protecting against the elements and moisture.

Two Guarantees in Life

You thought I was going to say “death and taxes” didn’t you? NOPE! (although they are also guarantees)

  1. Driveway replacement is expensive.
  2.  Driveways are going to crack.

So how do we recommend you combat the unavoidable? SEAL YOUR DRIVEWAY.

So whats the point of sealing your driveway if it’s guaranted to crack one day? Glad you asked. When you seal your driveway, no, cracks are not full-proof. However, cracks will be far more minimal than if you do not seal it.

Nothing in an imperfect world is 100%. But some things are darn close!

There are several benefits to sealing your driveway, patio, or pool area. Not only is it more esthetically pleasing and prevents a majority of future cracking, it also extends the life of your driveway. We look at it like a tooth. You can pay for maintenance as you go, or wait until so much damage is generated, it’s truly painful. (looking and in your pocketbook!)

Sealing your driveway also helps snow and ice melt faster. The only downfall we see if the increased heat during hotter weather. Sealing cannot be started or completed in cold temperatures.
